I am Nidhi Jaiswal, born and brought up in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Married since last 5 years,I have a very supportive husband, family and in laws. I am blessed to have a 3 year old cute baby boy, Vedant.

My life made a u turn after the death of my father 2 years before (suffering from diabetes and kidney failure). My father always wanted to see me as a successful person but I was a very introvert and shy person before , but after his death I realized what I have lost and I started to believe in my  dreams and took the first step towards the Mrs. India pageant as I was very fascinated by the miss India pageant but after being married I thought of trying into Mrs. India pageant. And my husband supported me and gave me the courage to go for it.

I am a model, title winner of Mrs. India photogenic 2017 and Mrs. India Jharkhand, Member of human rights, ambassador of Swatch Bharat Abhiyan and Nagar Nigam of Jharkhand.

Why was winning the pageant essential?

Winning the pageant was essential because this was the platform where I could find myself and my dreams attached. I thought of helping the renal failure patients from this platform (as my father died because of it).

What has been your biggest challenge in achieving your success?

Biggest challenge for me was the stage fear and my confidence level which was zero. And I came out from these fears through the help of my guru , my coach, my inspiration RITIKA RAMTRI.

My biggest inspiration is my dad. Because I have seen him struggling , rising, falling in order to keep his family happy. And the way he used to live his life with high spirit knowing he won’t live more days was the most inspiring thing in him.
