Hi rohini, thanks for chatting with us today. To kick things off – could you give our readers a brief introduction and tell us a little bit more about when you started out in the fitness industry and why?
Hi, Thank you. I’m a doctor and a nutritionist. My journey to fitness and Nutrition started 9 years back when I was a National lawn tennis player. Since then the passion about food, nutrition and fitness grew day by day.
If you had to define all that you do in a title, what would you say?
Introducing the society to a fitter, healthier and blissful lifestyle.
With living a healthy and fit lifestyle, we’re curious, what does your daily diet look like? Do you give yourself “cheat days”? Do you have any favorite clean recipes you would like to share?
I believe in following what I preach. I love the process of healthy eating so much that I don’t feel the need to cheat on regular basis. Though i do have cheat days and I love to balance it out the very next day. There are many yummy and clean recipes that I post on YouTube and Instagram. You must check it out.
Being a nutritionist, what is your general philosophy towards nutrition? Do you generally include or exclude anything in your diet? How do you manage it?
I strongly believe that nutrition and diet have to be a way of living and not a temporary thing. So it’s very important to know your own body, its type and needs. And then doing the best that suits you. It’s very important to listen to your body always.

With your fitness careers, you get to work with many clients. How has that been and have any of them influenced you in regards to your own health and fitness?
It’s been wonderful. There’s something new to learn from every client. Which also helps me grow as a person.
Do you have any tips or tricks to living healthy, lean, and fit?
Yes! Many! Check my youtube channel for that. But to begin with, accept that staying healthy is always a lifestyle choice and not a temporary diet.
What is the best way to stay focused on a fitness goal?
Enjoy the process. Be kind to yourself. Appreciate yourself every time you reach a target. Fall in love with the process.
What makes you laugh, smile, and be joyful?
Following my passion and doing what i love the most gives me a lot of happiness.
Who or what gives you the most inspiration?
I get inspired every time I see someone or something which is full of passion And love!
What are some good ways to boost general wellness and relieve stress through exercise?
You must exercise 5 days a week and always meditate for 20 mins every morning. Even on weekends.
What’s your favorite quote or mantra you can’t live without?
It’s never a Short Term Diet, its Always a Lifestyle.
What is next for you in this New Year? What are your future plans and goals?
Lots of things. My book about nutrition will be out by March and I will be launching my health and wellness products too.
