Do you think marriage as an institution gives more impetus to women to chase her dreams or it bogs her down with more responsibilities? Please share with us your experience
I think what matters the most is the compatibility and understanding between the two, if you are blessed with good life partner then I must say there is nothing better than a married life. You share every single thing be it emotions, feelings, responsibilities, good or bad times whatever may come you always have a man standing by your side as a support system. I am living my life and fulfilling my childhood dream after marriage, So for me marriage gives impetus to women to chase der dreams.

Do you think married women are now more empowered than before? If so, how and why?
Yes i totally agree. Now a days you can see married women in each n every field be it corporate, research, IT, medical, engineering, beauty pageants and this is only because of education and exposure. Now most of the women want to be independent. They are more confident.
